Jill completed her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of Colorado, Boulder. In 1999 she became a licensed Therapist after graduating from Cerritos College Physical Therapy Assistant program and has been working in the physical therapy field since 1995. Along with being a Certified Massage Therapist, Jill has continued education in joint mobilization, soft-tissue mobilization, PNF, balance, fall prevention, and more. She has had the privilege of working with diverse patient populations, ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly individuals seeking to improve their mobility and independence. Jill’s expertise includes orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, manual therapy techniques, and post-operative care. She is well versed in Yoga and Pilates and enjoys implementing Yoga and Pilates-based exercises into therapeutic exercise protocols. She believes in taking a holistic approach to treatment, addressing not only the physical aspects of injury, but also considering the psychological and emotional factors that can impact recovery, with the goal of helping to enhance a patient’s overall quality of life.
